Readii is building a structured platform to support cross-border families preparing for life in the UK, with a focus on education, language adaptation, and decision-making workflows.

We are looking for a Software Developer to take ownership of core product development, working closely with the founder to iterate on Readii 1.0 and contribute to the technical groundwork for Readii 2.0.

Responsibilities

• • Develop and maintain core features of the Readii platform
• • Translate real user needs into practical technical solutions
• • Work on backend and frontend components as required
• • Support product iteration based on live user feedback
• • Contribute to technical documentation and system stability

Preferred Qualifications

• • Experience with education technology or SaaS products
• • Familiarity with data-driven or workflow-based systems
• • Previous experience in early-stage startups
